Centurion Global is primarily a land development and real estate company. While working with this company my main role was designing and producing their marketing materials across multiple mediums and platforms. One long term project required me to devise innovative ways of recording and presenting the progression of their land developments.

Branding

Initially I was tasked with creating a cohesive corporate identity based on the existing logo and several example images. It was necessary for the style guide to be comprehensive to ensure all marketing materials were consistent throughout the various departments despite the differences in industry and requirements. The style guide covered everything from layouts used in documentation and booklets through to small details such as stipulating slightly different shades of the brand colours to ensure they appeared perfectly consistent across all mediums.

Website

The company required that each departments page had its own domain address while still functioning together as one website. This effectively turned the whole website into several smaller sites that had to perfectly integrate with one another on both a design level as well as a technical level. The final result was a website where the user wouldn’t notice that they were actually navigating between multiple domains. Designing the websites this way allowed for each departments webpages to be optimised independently for back end functionality.

Development Viewer

Using drones I documented the progress of land development projects. Photos from the drones were then processed into 3D models of the development sites, these models could be directly compared to earlier 3D models created for the developments. The photos and the 3D model were used for marketing materials however the 3D models were accurate enough that they were used to review and discuss the progress of the on site work with the contractors. The 3D model of the Holmview Estate was implemented into an interactive 3D app that could be run on almost any hardware. This app could be run on point of sale devices as well as on websites. Selecting a block of land in the app could bring up information about houses that would fit on the lot and information on the extras available for those houses.
